I recently relocated to Arizona after having been a full-time real estate agent/broker in Illinois (and, before that, in California) for many years. I wanted to secure my real estate broker license in Arizona in the most expeditious and reasonably priced manner. Choosing to do my class work through Sally’s Peak Performance School of Real Estate was perfect; and I did the course work, passed Arizona’s state exam, completed the broker management course, and received my broker’s license relatively quickly and at a “fair” price.

Sally and Peak Performance School of Real Estate allow a student to move through the course work at the student’s preferred pace. The course work is online, available at Peak Performance School of Real Estate’s office. The student also receives a large book of supplemental course work information, which allows a student to study the information at the student’s home or office before logging on to the online course work.

Sally’s office is available to students most hours and days (including weekends), making it possible for a student to do the online course work at times that fit into a student’s busy schedule.

In addition to overseeing my performing the real estate course work, Sally facilitated my securing and completing the paperwork needed to prepare for the state exam, take my broker management course, and apply for and secure my Arizona real estate broker license. She is attentive, helpful, extremely knowledgeable, always available, and fabulous at guiding a student through the steps necessary to secure his/her real estate license.

Talking with colleagues the one comment they always made when I told them I was planning to get my brokers license was that the classwork was awful and the whole school process painful.

Taking my classes and tests with Peak Performance was a cake walk. I was able to attend when it fit my schedule, test at my convenience and cram the maximum credits in a day or just take one. If I had a spare few hours and wanted to pop in for a partial review, I could do that too.

I was able to complete my classes and was very comfortable taking the state exam. The coursework offered covered everything I needed to know and then some.

Lastly-I love the format of the training as it allows so much more testing, quizzes with minimum 85% passing (10% higher than Nat/State Exam 75%), than you would ordinarily receive in a Classroom taught Real Estate Class.

The format utilizes all of our senses but keeps us in the test mode so we are empowered to not only feel more comfortable when taking tests but assured of passing the National and State Exams at a much higher level.

This is the fastest and easiest, most flexible learning program to get your broker license. The owners of the school and everyone who works there makes you feel like family. Their encouragement and friendship is genuine. I just passed my exams…on the first try…so the material well prepares you for success.

After 30+ years I finally decided to go back for my Brokers License. After checking into different school, I decided to attend Peak Performance School of Real Estate. I attended the Peak Performance School of Real Estate to obtain my brokers license. I choose Peak Performance due to the flexibility-offering nights and both weekend days. I work a full time job and this allowed me to complete tbe program rather quickly. The on-line program was thorough and very easy to follow.
