Prior to receiving my real estate license, I attended Peak Performance School of Real Estate. The school had my best interests in mind. While attending the school, I was able to make my own hours and days that I would attend. If any issues arose, Sally was very attentive in helping me understand and she wouldn’t leave until I completely understood. Using the online schooling program gave me the opportunity to learn at my own pace, leaving out the lengthy group discussions. I recommend this school to anyone attempting to receive their license, Sally wants only the best for the students attending her school. I truly believe that with Sally’s help and the way that I was able to learn the material I was able to pass the State and National exam.

Attending PeakPerformance real estate school gave us the ability to be flexible at taking our classes, completing the exam and access to ask questions. The content delivery was self-paced and scheduling was available 7 days a week during daytime/ evening hours. Sally was very helpful through the process and followed up with us to clarify any questions we had. She is very knowledgeable and thoroughly explains the course materials. We recommend this school.

Having done both the classroom setting and the online with Peak Performance School of Real Estate, I can say that the latter was considerably more beneficial for me. The opportunity to do the classes on my time and at my pace led to much greater understanding of the material. Sally was great! If I needed help ( and I needed a lot) she was there and took the time to help. Not to tell me the answer but coach me and guide me to figuring it out for myself. This school was perfect for me. I am very busy taking care of my elderly Mother and have a small seasonal business. It allowed me to attend when I had opened time frames on my calendar.

I have studied real estate licensing to achieve financial freedom with Sally Liddicoat at Peak Performance. She is very acknowledged in real estate math problems, which is the most difficult part in the exam. Sally and Mike also open their place for our study pretty much everyday including holidays. Peak Performance School of Real Estate has helped me greatly on my journey to becoming a successful real estate agent. Sally is a fantastic teacher and mentor. I want to thank Peak Performance School of Real Estate for making me excited about getting my real estate license again. This is my second time around. I decided to get back into real estate after meeting my girlfriend who is an agent herself.

The first time around I went to what was considered to be the “best” school to learn real estate. It was long, boring, and very difficult. I studied a lot, I mean a LOT! And between the classroom experience and studying, I spent a lot of time to get my first license. I was not looking forward to that part again.

Then I spoke with Sally about her school and its procedures. That sounded great, and it was! I’m so happy I chose Peak Performance School of Real Estate, The classroom is easy going, no pressure, private, you learn at your pace and on your schedule. Not the schools! Any questions I had were addressed immediately. Help was a step away. Instead of me disrupting a large class or having to wait till after it was over to get help. Sally consistently asked about my level of understanding the courses and gave me the confidence to continue on. The experience was pleasurable this time.

I was 39 years old the fist time through, and I felt like I was back in high school. Awkward and out of place with a large group of people I didn’t know. All different ages, from college kids to blue collar workers to business executives. Now I’m 54 and this was an awesome experience, easier for me and faster. And I have a license to prove it. And I have Sally, Mike and her staff to thank for that.

So glad I found this school… I passed both parts of my Real Estate exam on the first try! Everything you need to succeed is here, and best of all it is self-paced so you can move through the sessions as fast or as slowly as your individual needs require. The office is open from 9am-8pm to accommodate anyone’s schedule. There is always assistance to answer any question or to offer additional instruction as needed. Sally, Mike, and Brett offer tips on how to study and how to approach the exam to get the best possible results. And they are all really great people who genuinely care about their students’ success.

After seven field attempt to pass the other big school in the Valleys test I transferred to Peak Performance school, redid the entire course with a lot of personal help from Sally, passed the school test on the first time and then went and took my state and federal exam test and passed it on the first time as well. The training and personal attention given to each student is phenomenal.

I recommend this school to anyone looking to get their Real Estate license.
