The instructors were knowledgeable, down to earth, told some great stories that helped the class understand exactly what they were talking about. They made the class fun, interesting, and were very personable. I would highly recommend 👍🏻😊❤️

Decided to get most of my renewal hours by taking this trip. Fun, fun, fun. I always learn something new when I take a class from PPSRE. I enjoy the discussions between agents and instructors when unique examples come up as part of the learning. Very engaging! GO CRUISE.

I took a series of CE classes with Mike and Sally Liddicoat and WOW. They intersperced actual cases, fun video clips and classroom discussions that made each 3 hour class fly. I feel so much more prepared in this quickly changing environment.

Not really a fan of Zoom classes, but this one was well done. It was well organized, thoroughly covered the subject matter, and student participation was encouraged. I would definitely take more of their classes. Good job!
