I recently relocated to Arizona after having been a full-time real estate agent/broker in Illinois (and, before that, in California) for many years. I wanted to secure my real estate broker license in Arizona in the most expeditious and reasonably priced manner. Choosing to do my class work through Sally’s Peak Performance School of Real Estate was perfect; and I did the course work, passed Arizona’s state exam, completed the broker management course, and received my broker’s license relatively quickly and at a “fair” price.

Sally and Peak Performance School of Real Estate allow a student to move through the course work at the student’s preferred pace. The course work is online, available at Peak Performance School of Real Estate’s office. The student also receives a large book of supplemental course work information, which allows a student to study the information at the student’s home or office before logging on to the online course work.

Sally’s office is available to students most hours and days (including weekends), making it possible for a student to do the online course work at times that fit into a student’s busy schedule.

In addition to overseeing my performing the real estate course work, Sally facilitated my securing and completing the paperwork needed to prepare for the state exam, take my broker management course, and apply for and secure my Arizona real estate broker license. She is attentive, helpful, extremely knowledgeable, always available, and fabulous at guiding a student through the steps necessary to secure his/her real estate license.
