Recently I had the pleasure of attending several real estate classes for continuing education requirements. This year was the first time I had signed up for Sally and Mike Liddicoat’s real estate classes. They not only give you facts, but real stories relating to the subject with some humor injected and I say “thank goodness!” The 3-hour classes practically flew by and I always learned something that could be used in the current market place.
