Firstly, there are two very passionate, knowledgeable owners-Mike & Sally Liddicoat; they have created an almost 100% accessible, genuine Real Estate School ambiance unknown and missing from the other dwindling supply of RE Schools in the PHX metroplex.

Next, the online training process accommodates our busy schedules as Real Estate Students, Licensees like myself preparing for the Broker License Exam. There is always one to one instruction available , extra counseling and nudging to keep we the students on track without pressure.

Lastly-I love the format of the training as it allows so much more testing, quizzes with minimum 85% passing (10% higher than Nat/State Exam 75%), than you would ordinarily receive in a Classroom taught Real Estate Class.
