ADRE requires 24 hrs of continuing education for sales licensees every 2 yrs in the following categories:
- 3 hrs Commissioner’s Standards
- 3 hrs Fair Housing
- 3 hrs Agency Law
- 3 hrs Disclosure
- 3 hrs Legal Issues
- 3 hrs Contract Law
- 6 hrs General (can be general category or any other category as long as specific course name/number is not duplicated)
Designated brokers, new brokers and associate brokers who are designated to sign and initial contracts must include 3 broker management clinics within their 30 hr renewal.
Per ADRE rules, students may not receive more than 9 credit hours per 24 hour period. This means students may take up to 3 classes per day.
Recording Your CE: 
- Login to ADRE — Click here then enter your license number, last four digits of your social security number and your date of birth in the fields at the bottom of the login page.
NOTE: If you have already established a password to get into ADRE you will need to login with the password on the lower left of the screen. - Under “Quick Links -> Personal“, Click the link called “Manage my Continuing Education“.
- Click “Submit Courses“, in the menu at the left.
- Enter your course numbers—Your course certificate will contain the course number. NOTE: Use the completion date for both the start date and the completion date.
